Dust collection consists of the control of dust emissions, and their separation from the air:
Collection requires the determination of the air requirements and the geometric form of dust hoods, ducts, etc., allowing a complete control of dust emissions at source.
Separation demands the selection of the type and dimensions of the most appropriate equipment amongst a wide range of dynamic, hydraulic, cloth and electrostatic dust collectors..

This a specialist challenge which can only be resolved through a close collaboration between your project, production and maintenance staff, and our engineers and technicians. The aim of this collaboration is to determine the form of dust hoods, the ducting layout and the type of filter compatible with your products and contingencies.
The satisfactory integration of a dust collection system, no matter the situation, starts from its conception a high qualified team.
Dust is extracted from as close to the source of emission as possible and without causing interference for the operative.
The transfer speed is optimised as a function of the rules of aerodynamics.
Once captured and transferred, the dust is filtered.
Air may be recirculated inside the building. If recirculation is not possible, the extracted air must be compensated for.
After filtration, the dust is recovered into drums or big bags by continuous extraction by pneumatic conveying.
